For WeChat / Bilibili / Zhihu / Xiaohongshu creators. Two-way conversion between standard Markdown and major platforms. Headings, spacing, hashtags, code block downgrade auto-adapted, one-click copy.
💡 Tip: Pick your source platform on the left, paste content, then pick a target platform on the right — results update live. Tap the ⇄ icon to swap source/target instantly. Common use cases: turn Zhihu posts into Xiaohongshu-ready text (with #tags & wide spacing), clean WeChat formatting into Markdown for storage, or port Bilibili columns to Zhihu.
Markdown Platform Converter is a browser-based formatter for moving one piece of Chinese social or technical content between five common destinations: standard Markdown, WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu and Bilibili columns. Choose a source and a target platform and the page rewrites headings, lists, quotes and paragraph rhythm to match that destination's habits. Code blocks and tables can be kept as-is, removed, or converted into a plain-text note recommending a cleaner alternative. Xiaohongshu output can take a manually entered tag list or extract candidate tags from the text, with a slider for the maximum number of tags; WeChat output can use compact, standard or loose paragraph spacing; and the result can be copied or downloaded as a .md file. The conversion is intentionally local and rule-based: it does not log in to a platform, scrape a URL, upload images, bypass a paywall or guarantee that a platform's editor will render every character identically. It is a fast first-pass adapter for creators who publish the same idea in several places and do not want to rebuild the formatting by hand every time.
Markdown Platform Converter rewrites one document between Markdown, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu and Bilibili, with 20 source-to-target paths and local controls for code blocks, tables, hashtags and paragraph spacing.
Common pain points this tool solves
Step-by-step instructions
Step-by-step instructions
| Korelyy | Other tools | Use case |
|---|---|---|
| One paste and a platform preset apply the repetitive structure changes in seconds | Every destination needs its own heading, spacing and quote pass | The converter handles the mechanical layer; the writer still checks meaning, links and images |
| Downgrades unsupported structures and adapts paragraph rhythm for the destination | Raw syntax often leaks into platforms that expect rich text or plain paragraphs | Especially useful when the same draft is published on WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu and Bilibili |
| Produces a neutral starting structure without logging in or locking the draft into one account | Offers the final rendering controls but requires manual rebuilding for every other destination | Use the converter before the native editor, then finish the visual layout there |
| Requires your own text and does not fetch or bypass anything | May copy third-party content or violate platform rules | This is a formatting tool, not a content-copying or paywall-bypass tool |

What is the difference between Markdown on Notion vs Obsidian vs GitHub?
Notion uses a proprietary Markdown variant with /-commands and inline database properties. Obsidian follows CommonMark closely with wiki-style [[links]]. GitHub uses GitHub Flavored Markdown (GFM) which adds task lists, tables, and strikethrough. Our converter handles all these differences, so you can move content between platforms without broken formatting.
Can I convert a full Notion page to GitHub Markdown?
Yes, paste your Notion-exported or copied Markdown into the converter. It automatically strips Notion-specific syntax like database properties and /-commands, and outputs clean GFM-compatible Markdown ready for GitHub READMEs or issues.
Does this tool convert images and links correctly?
Yes, standard image and link syntax is preserved. Our converter normalizes relative paths where possible and keeps inline image references intact. For platform-specific embed syntax (like Notion embeds), a clean fallback text is generated.
